Ideally located between the Sydney Olympic Park Train Station and ANZ Stadium, on the lower ground level of the Novotel hotel. The Brewery is a complete entertainment venue with a bar and bistro, indoor and outdoor seating, TAB, televisions broadcasting live sporting events from around the globe and live entertainment every Friday night.

Licensed for 1000 people, The Brewery is flexible enough to extend alfresco dining and drinking areas for special event nights where up to 5000 people can be catered for. A live band during popular events creates a lively vibe any time of the day or night.
