The Brewery Bar & Kitchen is a definite crowd pleaser featuring a new look and new menu making it the ideal spot for all pre and post event meet-ups at Sydney Olympic Park, with large screens playing all the hottest sporting action and a range of the latest craft beer and wine options. The interior has been transformed to create a venue that is a winner whether you’re out with family, friends or on a date-night. The new menu has something for every level of hungry, from sharing snacks and tasting boards to over-sized plank pizzas and generous mains.
Of course, with a name like The Brewery there is plenty of focus on craft beer and locally brewed specialties. The brewery offers daily specials with live entertainment on Thursdays, Fridays and event days.
For something a little exotic opt for the Arabian Plank Pizza or Sichuan style spicy pork. As the weather warms up beer lovers can’t go wrong with a pint of summer bright complemented by the Brewery’s famous Schnitzel. And for something a little lighter, you will not regret the signature warm duck & coconut salad.

Monday night is $10 pint & schnitzel night, Tuesday is pizza night with $12 planks, Wednesday focuses on beer specials and wine tasting to get you through hump-day, Thursday night is ladies night with DJ playing the hottest hits and again on Friday with sparkling wine specials.
October Beerfest (14th and 15th) will be held in the brewery showcasing the latest ranges of craft beers and German food options to pay homage to ‘Oktoberfest’. With live music and entertainment, this is set to be an event of the year.
Bacar is a contemporary and classic dining experience with a unique menu created by award winning Executive Chef, Ben Nicholls. Our premier restaurant at Sydney Olympic Park, Bacar is a variation from a traditional hotel restaurant with its relaxed atmosphere and style making it a perfect restaurant for the next date night or casual drinks and shared plates after work with colleagues.
The restaurant menu is a celebration of Australian producers, using consciously sourced ingredients, regionally grown and prepared with passion for our table. The bar also offers the Tapastry menu curated by Justin North and Ben Nicholls is based on unique Australian cuisine and designed to be shared and savoured.
For meat lovers, the 350g lamb rump, the truffle beef and the pork belly are melt-in-the-mouth tender and flavour-filled. World and Australian seafood is well represented with choices such as Canadian scallops, Pacific oysters and Tasmanian salmon.
The dessert menu is every-bit as delightful as the savoury with artisan cheese selections, sorbets and more to excite the taste-buds.
The Tapastry menu for lunch or early evening light dining offers a selection of uniquely Australian fusion with sharing plates designed for a relaxed tasting with drinks.

October is the launch of the new spring menu with a strong local focus. With fresh and delicious ingredients including the best octopus from Fremantle, pork cheek from Byron Bay, lamb from New South Wales and a collection of other hero ingredients, this is a menu worth waiting for.
The Boulevard Brasserie & Bar is all about family-friendly dining, delicious menu options and a space to sit back and relax. The high ceilings, outdoor terraces and open space with friendly staff set the mood for a refreshingly, contemporary but familiar dining concept.
The Executive Chef, Nicholas Blair, has crafted a new spring set menu that’s all about fresh and seasonal produce that will have you salivating.
